Leadership and wellbeing coaching with heart

Grounded in research, shaped by inquiry, delivering a deeper knowing, my coaching takes a multi-layered and multi-sensory approach. With proprietary practices in Stability Before Agility®, developed over a decade working with hundreds of people, my process is proven and it’s an absolute privilege to watch the transformations. 

For people who are in their heads all day, I help them see themselves newly focusing on what’s strong not what’s wrong and de-conditioning them from crushing expectations. Often sought out in times of uncertainty I’m the voice of stability, helping you to hold steady and trust through change. Simply said by my children: “Mummy helps people believe in themselves”.

We live in a world of critics, the loudest of which resides in our head. We live in a world of uncertainty, and suicides resulting daily. Underneath it all lies a common humanity that is suffering. With compassion, we can liberate the curious minds, creative thinkers, and daring leaders we need right now.

Feel BELONGING

We’re getting more inclusive of people and cultures, but what about emotions? Permission to feel gives us permission to be human, to better understand the invisible threads that bind us. With a strong emotional culture we are more happy and inspired, and less burnt out.
