These tools are a reflection of my own journey in authentic leadership. I trained in what I needed and it turns out there’s a common humanity in what I needed: these are human tools for human development. Currently, I’m training in Narrative Therapy which is a type of psychological enquiry that is deepening my curiosity and expanding my ability to ask tuned-in questions.
I can offer any single tool, though the beauty of working with me is I naturally layer these for a more meaningful discovery and lasting change.
GALLUP CliftonStrengths®
I use and am qualified to coach with Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment, which is renowned for bringing clarity to who you are, and what you naturally do best. It’s about building strengths not fixing weakness; it’s positive, practical and the most personalised personality assessment I’ve ever encountered. Over 30 million people worldwide and 90% of the world’s Fortune 500s use this assessment and coaching method to celebrate diversity, improve engagement and wellbeing, and invite people to lead authentically.
I lead with the strengths: Maximiser, Positivity, Relator, Futuristic, Connectedness
Heart Centered®
I was selected by Danielle herself to be on the team that developed and tested this programme. Heart centered living is about going from reactive to a reflective life. Getting in touch with your heart helps calm your nervous system. With a calmer nervous system, you think more clearly and connect more meaningfully. Danielle is a member of Oprah’s SuperSoul 100, the former director of a future studies think tank in Washington and a world leader in collective heart intelligence. It’s my great honour to talk and work with her, and share these practices with you.
My intended embodiment is: Molten, Moxie, Magnetic and I’m most often told of my calming clarity.
Yoga & Meditation
I’m a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher (RYT500) – this means I have 500+ hours of yoga teacher training under my belt, having taught in NZ at Jaya Yoga, Golden Yogi, lulu lemon and privately. I’ve continued to train, most recently in ’embodied flow’. My philosophy is that yoga is for everyone and every body, no matter age, shape, or flexibility—and it’s not always about movement, it’s also about stillness. It’s a way to access true presence, to release tension, to quiet the mind so you can hear the whispers of your own heart, supporting you to live and lead authentically.
Dare to Lead
The Dare to Lead training is a courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The curriculum teaches the skills, practices, and tools that underpin the four skill sets of courage: Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Our Values, Braving Trust, and Learning to Rise. I’m also licensed in the Emotional Culture workshop and these pathways of enquiry are particularly dynamic together. As with all my coaching and workshops, I integrate the most essential of all my training to custom create a transformational experience.
